Timeless Limousines General Booking Terms & Conditions

No Smoking within Limousine at all times.

At Timeless Limousines we offer you the choice to come and view our Limousine prior to paying the deposit. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm all bookings. Balance of 90% must be paid 7 days prior to the date of the hire.

We accept Direct Deposit, Bank Transfer, Visa/MasterCard, Eftpos or Cash (but not on the day). 

Limousine minimum hire is per hour or part thereof and applies to all bookings.

Sedan minimum hire is per KM/per MIN, point to point rates or hourly, Minimum invoice charge applies.

Additional time on the day will be charged at applicable hourly rates, and be charged per 15 minutes or part thereof.

While we endeavor to keep rates as low as possible, higher rates may apply on Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas & Boxing day's and New Year's Eve. You will be advised if this applies when booking.

Any cancellations made once the 10% deposit is paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation made within 7 days of Hire will be charged for 50% of the Total charge of Hire.

Cancellations within 48 hours of hire will be charged at full 100% hire rate.  

No Red wine, coloured drinks or food to be consumed in the Limousines.

Customers will be held responsible for any damage to the Limousines by customers including, but not limited to, equipment damage, cigarette burns, breakage, missing/broken glasses and stains, etc.

A cleaning fee of up to $200 will be charged for any soiling (vomit or other bodily fluids, drinks etc) of the vehicles and is the responsibility of the person who booked the Limousine.

If you bring drinks into our limousine we have a legal liability to ensure the responsible service of alcohol.

Your Chauffeur has the right to refuse entry into the Limousine for any drunken or abusive behavior.  

Luggage space is limited, we reserve the right to refuse excessive luggage.

Due to passenger safety no luggage can be carried inside the passenger compartment unless secured.

We can accept NO responsibility for any loss or damage to customer’s property whilst in the Limousine.

Delays may occur, while we endeavor to be on time, every time, occasionally delays may occur. While the driver will try and contact you if a delay is imminent, delays up to 10 minutes are considered on time. Delays outside this time frame are rare, Our limit of liability for delays/missed flights is we can only be held responsible to the value of the hire fare paid to Timeless Limousines. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you allow sufficient travel time allowing for delays.

Timeless Limousines has a NO Tolerance Policy to abuse from any customer towards the chauffeur, other passengers or deliberate damage to the Limousines. Physical violence will be reported to the police and charges laid. Your chauffeur has the right to terminate the hire immediately and full hire charges will be applied.
